Use Poetry and the project .venv. The build backend is uv_build; distribution preparation does not publish the package. Every code change must pass Black, ty, dependency checks and meaningful pytest tests measured by Coverage.py, with at least 95% statement and combined coverage. No coverage exclusions are used.
