Developer guide
===============

Use Poetry and the project ``.venv``. The build backend is ``uv_build``; distribution
preparation does not publish the package. Every code change must pass Black,
``ty``, dependency checks and meaningful pytest tests measured by Coverage.py,
with at least 95% statement and combined coverage. No coverage exclusions are used.
